1. Scheduling & Cancellations

1.1. Installation dates are confirmed at the time of booking. Requests to change or cancel a confirmed fitting date must be made in writing at least 3 full working days in advance.

1.2. Changes made within 3 working days of the agreed date may incur a late amendment charge, up to 100% of the scheduled fitting cost, at our discretion.

1.3. If our team arrives on-site and is unable to carry out the installation due to scheduling issues, incorrect information, or site conditions, we reserve the right to charge a call-out fee and a rescheduling fee.

2. Vehicle and Site Access Requirements

2.1. The client is responsible for ensuring that the installation site, including access to any vehicles, is ready and available at the agreed time.

2.2. Vehicles must be clean, dry, and parked in a suitable position for the installation. If the vehicle is dirty, wet, or inaccessible, we may not proceed, and charges for lost time may apply.

2.3. Vehicles must remain stationary throughout the fitting process. Moving or using the vehicle during fitting may result in the job being aborted and rescheduled at additional cost.

3. Delays & Waiting Time

3.1. Delays caused by the client (including waiting for access, cleaning, vehicle movement, or lack of instructions) will be charged at a waiting fee of £XX per hour (or part thereof).

3.2. If delays exceed 1 hour, we may abort the installation and reschedule it at additional cost.

4. Fitting Bay Use

4.1. Vehicles booked in for installation at our on-site fitting bay must be dropped off and collected at the agreed times.

4.2. Our fitting bay is not to be used as a long-term parking or storage facility. Vehicles left beyond the agreed collection window may be subject to a daily storage charge of £XX and may be moved off-site at the owner’s risk.

5. On-Site Conditions

5.1. The customer is responsible for providing a safe, legal, and accessible environment for installation.

5.2. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel an installation if the site is unsafe or not in compliance with health and safety regulations.
5.3. Any specialist access equipment (e.g., cherry pickers, scaffolding) must be arranged and agreed upon in advance. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.

6. Completion & Acceptance

6.1. Upon completion of the installation, the work is considered accepted unless any issues are reported to us in writing within 24 hours.

6.2. If no customer representative is present at the time of fitting, acceptance of the completed work is assumed.

7. Force Majeure

7.1. We are not liable for delays or inability to complete work due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: weather conditions, traffic, site inaccessibility, mechanical breakdowns, or third-party actions.

8. Payment Terms

8.1. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 30 days of invoice.

8.2. We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

9. Warranty

9.1. We offer a standard 12-month warranty on materials and workmanship for all installations, starting from the date of installation. This covers defects in printing, materials, and fitting where properly maintained and used as intended.

9.2. This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, vandalism, or accidents
Improper cleaning or use of abrasive products
Weather-related damage (e.g. wind, UV fading, frost, moisture ingress)
Third-party interference or unauthorised repairs/removal
Natural wear and tear over time, particularly on vehicle graphics or high-exposure areas

9.3. Any warranty claim must be submitted in writing with evidence of the issue. We reserve the right to inspect the work before agreeing to any repair, reprint, or replacement.

9.4. In the event of a valid claim, our liability is limited to reprinting or refitting the affected area only. We do not accept liability for loss of use, business interruption, or third-party costs.
