The project required a livery capable of enduring high-speed track use, debris impact, and repeated cleaning cycles. With three vehicles featuring complex bodywork, the installation needed to align with the team’s tight schedule, which included events at Silverstone and other circuits.
the process
- Specification and Planning
Each vehicle was surveyed to assess bodywork contours and determine material requirements. High-grade cast vinyl and a protective laminate were selected for durability, aerodynamic conformity, and resistance to fuel, UV exposure, and abrasion. - Production
Graphics were digitally printed and precision-cut to match vehicle templates. The material combination was chosen to ensure consistent colour and finish under race conditions. - Installation
A coordinated installation was carried out across all three cars within 72 hours. The process emphasized precise alignment and seamless application, with careful attention to panel gaps and aerodynamic surfaces.
the end product
All three vehicles were completed on schedule and entered the race season with the livery fully intact. The graphics maintained their appearance and structural integrity throughout the GT4 campaign, including track days and competitive events at Silverstone. The livery performed as required, with no lift, fade, or damage reported during the season.
