1. Product Description

1.1. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and specifications of our products. However, slight variations in color, size, or materials may occur due to printing processes or display devices.

1.2. Custom orders are produced according to the customer’s specifications; it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all artwork and details provided.

2. Pricing and Payment

2.1. All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.

2.2. Payment terms are as stated on the invoice or quotation, typically within 30 days of invoice date unless agreed otherwise.

2.3. We reserve the right to withhold delivery or installation until payment is received in full.

2.4. Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

3. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

3.1. Orders are accepted once confirmed in writing by us.

3.2. Custom print products cannot be cancelled or altered once production has commenced, except at our discretion and subject to additional fees.

3.3. Standard stock items may be cancelled or returned only with prior agreement and may be subject to restocking fees.

4. Delivery and Lead Times

4.1. Delivery dates provided are estimates and not guaranteed. We will use reasonable efforts to meet agreed lead times but are not liable for delays beyond our control.

4.2. Delivery costs and methods will be advised at the time of order and charged accordingly.

4.3. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery or collection. The customer is responsible for inspecting goods on receipt and notifying us immediately of any damage or shortages.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. Due to the custom nature of printed products, returns and refunds are only accepted for faulty or incorrect items.

5.2. Any claims for defects must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery.

5.3. We reserve the right to inspect any returned goods before issuing refunds or replacements.

5.4. Returns must be authorised in advance and goods returned in original condition and packaging, where applicable.

6. Warranty

6.1. We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.

6.2. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or exposure to environmental factors beyond reasonable use.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Except as expressly stated, we exclude all warranties, conditions, and liabilities.

7.2. Our total liability to the customer for any claim arising from the sale of goods shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied.

7.3. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of profit or business interruption.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. The customer warrants that all artwork, designs, and materials provided do not infringe on third-party rights.

8.2. The customer grants us a licence to use the artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/Region, e.g., England and Wales].

9.2. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Location].

10. Force Majeure

10.1. We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling orders due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, government restrictions, or supply chain disruptions.

11. Customer Responsibilities & Proof Approval

11.1. The customer is responsible for providing accurate artwork, specifications, and all necessary information required to complete the order.

11.2. We will provide proofs for customer approval prior to production on custom orders.

11.3. It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly review and approve proofs. Once approved, we will proceed with production and will not accept liability for errors or omissions missed at the proof stage.

11.4. Any delays caused by late proof approval or corrections may affect delivery dates.

12. Environmental and Disposal Policy

12.1. We are committed to minimizing our environmental impact through sustainable practices across all stages of our business operations.

12.2. We actively upcycle, reuse, and recycle materials wherever possible, reducing waste and promoting circular economy principles.

12.3. Our printing processes and material choices are regularly reviewed to ensure they align with environmentally responsible standards.

12.4. We work closely with our suppliers to source eco-friendly products and materials, and encourage sustainable packaging and delivery methods.

12.5. Customers are encouraged to recycle or responsibly dispose of printed materials at the end of their useful life. We are happy to provide advice on environmentally sound disposal where requested.

12.6. While we strive to reduce waste, some residual materials may require specialist disposal to comply with environmental regulations, and we ensure such processes meet all legal requirements.

13. Data Protection and Privacy

13.1. We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

13.2. Customer information is used solely for the purposes of fulfilling orders, communications, and legal compliance.

13.3. We do not share personal data with third parties except as necessary to complete orders or as required by law.
13.4. Customers have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data by contacting us directly.
